Personal Care Workers are a vital link in Aged Care as the front line staff delivering care.  PCAs are relied upon to recognise and report physical and psychological changes in residents and to act on this in a timely manner. 

After many years in our lovely Hawthorn offices it's time for a change. We'll be working from St Kilda while we find a suitable longer-term solution.

Erigo M.A.C. recently completed an OHS contract with a large State Government department. We assisted with the improvement and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs for field workers.

We are in the process of registering as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) so we can enhance the training we already offer and conduct.

We're also in the process of putting our existing training online. Users will be able to register and pay online and then complete the course in their own time. Institutions will be able to purchase a subscription offering unlimited access within a time period.
